How do I make a return?Updated 20 days ago

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

Items must be:

• Unused
• With original tags intact

To return an item, please follow these instructions:

1. Pack your items securely (preferably in the original packaging).
2. Request your return via this link.
3. You’ll receive an email with instructions and your return label.

There are returns fees, which will be deducted from your refund. See below the detail by country:

• UK GBP 7.95
• Switzerland EUR 6.95
• Poland PLN 26.95
• Sweeden SEK 62
• Denmark DKK 44.95
• Norway NOK 165
• Hungary HUF 2,129
• Checz Republic CZK 157.95
• Rest of Europe EUR 5.95

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and, if approved, refunded to your original payment method.

⚠️ In-store returns are not currently available.

Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or final sale conditions, such as:

• Bikinis and swimwear
• Used or damaged items

These will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
