Refunds are issued once the returned item has passed quality control.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• There are fees applied to the returns. The cost will be deducte from  your refund. To see applicable fees by country, please, check this article.

Here you go a quick example:

• Order: €20 + €4.95 shipping → Paid €24.95
  Refund: €20 – €4.95 = €15.05
• Order: €60 (free shipping)
  Refund: €60 – €4.95 = €55.05
